Placing an Order
By making an order at our store, you confirm that you are of 18 years
of age or older. The cigarettes we are selling are intended for personal
use only and in no circumstances for resale.
We do not set any hidden fees, no yearly or setup fees. The customer is
only to pay the cost of the cigarettes he / she ordered and the shipping
fee.
Order status
The notification message will be sent to you as soon as you will put
in an order. The automatic notification is send to confirm the fact
of your order and your shipping address to avoid any misunderstandings.
Your request will be in process within 24 hours. During this period
of time you have an opportunity to bring about some changes.
Payment
We accept Credit Cards and Checks.
The prices at our online store are set in US dollars.
Chargeback policy
We always strive to solve any problems and to find a corresponding solution.
The solution may result in a refund, or replacement.
Delivery
We ship cigarettes to US customers only. The orders are sent by USPS.
The delivery takes from 10 to 20 business days. The shipping cost is
$6.00 per carton.
Privacy
Be sure that we will never sell or share your personal data, your name,
address and email. The information we request is used only to ship the
items and to assist you.
Claims & Refund
If your order is lost or stolen or you haven’t got it within a month,
send us an email with your order number, name, and shipping address.
Within 10 working days your claim will be approved by post office authority,
and you’ll get a replacement.
